At Green Acres Timber and Threads, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Below are the details of our return and refund policy:
Due to the unique nature of personalized items, we cannot offer refunds on products that have been customized with a name or logo. These items cannot be resold and are therefore non-refundable.
While we strive to provide a fast turnaround time, we do not offer refunds for delays caused by the postal service.
If you are not satisfied with a non-personalized item due to size, fit, or flaw you may return it for a refund, minus the shipping fees. Refunds will be issued only after the returned items have been received and inspected.
The cost of shipping for returned items is the responsibility of the customer. However, we will compensate the shipping charges for returning items that are damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
