Custom shirts with names. I'll be home for Christmas design and names are Kayleigh and Anna. Design approved already by Debbie via text. Customer providing shirts and by purchasing, understands the policy for customer-supplied items as follows:
At Green Acres Timber and Threads, we take great pride in handling every customer-provided item with the utmost care and precision. However, we must inform our valued customers that we cannot be held responsible for any damage to items being stitched that occurs due to circumstances beyond our control.
While we ensure that all stitching is performed using a carefully serviced machine, regular cleaning, and vigilant observation, there remains a possibility that a customer-provided item may be damaged.
In the event of such an unfortunate incident, the responsibility for replacement will lie with the customer. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we strive to provide the best possible service.
