Made with Love and a Prayer Quilt Label

This is a square label that has the recipient's name and the date in the space below. Alternatively, we can delete the "FOR" and "DATE" text and put anything you like in that space. Please note the name and colors to be used or the alternate text in the notes box. We will email a proof for approval before stitching. We can also remove the "FOR" and "DATE" portion and put in whatever you'd like.

If you do a label that can be used on many quilts and we don't have to change the design, we can do subsequent label orders at $10 each. Such as, "Made with love by Ann, 2025" or something that could be used multiple times.

NOTE: For large amounts of text or a very large label, additional charges may apply. This is rare and will be communicated with you before stitching your label.
